JOEYB is a singer-songwriter currently based in Buffalo, NY. His music is lyric driven, but doesn’t neglect the instrumental side of things. Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, Lo-Fi, Bedroom Pop, and Folk fans will all have something to pull from his work. The genre-blending doesn’t end there, as JOEYB is no stranger to Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Latin styles. All of these factors are tied together with his reverence for Pop songwriting, giving most of his tracks a catchy flair that makes his music accessible without diluting its message.
Every JOEYB song is handmade, from the writing to the mixing. It’s a deeply personal craft, so often you’ll find him performing alone onstage with backing tracks or just his guitar. He interacts with the crowd but keeps the music his priority. He’s booked performances for himself and other bands all around Buffalo, from one-night house shows to four-band showcases at local bars.
